Case Study: Researching the top health habits of successful people

Step One: Prompt

When using ChatGPT, your answer is only as good as your prompt. To get the most accurate response, I like to ask in the following format

  1. Assume you are ____ (enter job title or profession)

  2. Describe the task in full

  3. Request an action to be made

  4. Ask to clarify understanding

Step Two: Clarify

Answer the questions and go! You will receive a well thought out response that gives you 3 research papers on the topic of healthy habits from successful people.

From this we can learn that exercising regularly can help build up habit strength and cognitive ability leading to much more discipline in your dietary practices.

We also can see that a balanced lifestyle is linked with higher levels of success and satisfaction - good sleep, diet and exercise all help with this!
