🎉 New year, new newsletter direction: What to expect

The new year is upon us, and with it comes changes.

You see, the last few months of AI Catalyst’s existence have contained a few ups and downs. A few positives and a few negatives.

For example, the positives were:

• We grew to a community of over 10k people in only a few months

• We were able to ramp up emails from a couple times a week to once daily without burning out our audience

• We were able to hire 3 key team members to help manage the newsletter based on a format that works

But some negatives were:

• The content became a bit stale and predictable

• There was too much going on every email (too much content, too many links)

• The tools and affiliate partner tools stayed the same for WEEKS on end and we never updated it

• There’s no storytelling, and not enough content that stood out from what everyone else was doing out there in the AI space

So, we are making some changes. Here’s what to expect:

1. We are going to scale back down to 3 emails per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

2. The emails will no longer have a Table of Contents with multiple sections.

3. The content will subsequently be much shorter in scrolling length. Gotta save you some scrolling time 😉

4. There will only be at most 2-3 links per email, all directing to the same page, instead of different pages.

5. No more crazy thumbnails / header images. Just a clean, simple header moving forward.

If you are NOT okay with this change (which would be surprising, because we want to step up the quality of content and you’ll get more value from us), please unsubscribe.
